In the spirit of life being about *balance* (pun intended), I try to go to workout classes with my friends in place of happy hour or brunch every now and then. Finding free stuff is one of my *strengths *(sorry, couldn’t help it), fitness classes included – but this summer, the city is just making it too easy! Ever since I started going to yoga at the Kennedy Center, I’d been keeping a *running* list in my head (I’ll show myself out) of different classes for nearly every day of the week. After mentioning this to my manager today, I realized that some of you might benefit from it as well! This list of free fitness classes around DC has something for everyone, all over town, that should fit a variety of schedules.* It’s not too late to crush your #summerbod goals – see you on the mat!
