    Instructions
    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 
    2. Mash bananas with a fork, then stir in the applesauce, honey, and coconut oil.
    3. Beat in egg and vanilla until well combined.
    4. Add remaining ingredients, using a spatula to wipe down sides of bowl until dry ingredients are no longer visible.
    5. Line 12-cup muffin tin with liners or spray with cooking spray; divide batter evenly and top with chocolate chips.
    6. Bake for 16-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. If you’re short on time, grease and pour into an 8×8 pan and adjust baking time as needed. Cut into squares to serve.
